Cindy Irvine

Both yoga and Buddhist meditation invite us to quiet the mind through repeated practice, while observing without attachment one’s results. Practicing the yoga postures, you can increase ease and contentment while meditating. Cindy combines the teaching of correct alignment with compassion for these painful yet humorous human bodies we incarnate. She has studied with Senior Iyengar teachers Patricia Walden and Aadil Palkhivala. She received her teacher training from Julie Lawrence. She teaches beginning, intermediate and prenatal classes, and also a class for people with MS.
