I provide counseling/therapy services primarily using Somatic Experiencing, a sensation-based treatment developed by Peter Levine for resolving trauma. I also offer art therapy, Hakomi, EMDR, massage, bodywork and Reiki. These methods are particularly useful with clients who are practicing Vipassana.
